Fayetteville, NY hates disabled people. Despite numerous complaints, the village mayor, board, and other officials refuse to fix issues that result in discrimination against disabled people in the village. The biggest current issue is accessibility of sidewalks - per ADA regulations, sidewalks must be kept clear and walkable, and throughout the village of Fayetteville, they are not. Brush, overgrowth, trash cans, cars, and more are constantly blocking sidewalks. The village has gone on record refusing to fix the obvious issues. The mayor and the entire village board must be removed for their failures.
