We demand that Congress direct the FBI to include Minnesota's Bureau of Criminal Investigation in the investigation of the shooting. Congress must hold public hearings with the directors of ICE the FBI, and the Department of Homeland Security, as institutions cannot unbiasedly investigate themselves. We demand action, not just words, from Congress.
