I am writing as your constituent to raise my serious concerns about the current executive branch continued illegal practices. From declaring war without Congressional authority, to unilateral tariffs without legal authority, to delays and withholding of legally mandated disclosure of child trafficking, this executive branch is out of control! *Please* as my representative do something to rein them in. The constitution sets up 3 co-equal branches of government but in this administration the congressional branch has given up enforcing any independent power against the executive branch. This has led to multiple illegal acts, overreach, and serious consequences for the USA and the world. Please assert your independence from the executive branch. Please assert congressional guardrails before it is too late. It might seem great to let people break the rules when they’re doing what you want, but if they then break the rules to act against you, there are no guardrails to stop them. Please keep your oath to serve the country and not a particular political party or person.
