How DARE you threaten the natural beauty and uniqueness of the U.S. that TEDDY ROOSEVELT HIMSELF sought to protect? A man well over 100 years old, a century old. You republican fucks pretend you're the party of conservative values, of keeping with the old ways—but when the actual old ways get in the way of making blood money from oil and minerals that will go to China anyways, that all goes out the window. You're probably too up Musk's and Trump's asses to know this, because they're the ones who benefit while you'll reap next to no benefits, but oil and gas mining doesn't actually make jobs. Ephemeral jobs that last 8 months tops for broke blue-collar workers who will spend all of their money on a truck and mortgage they can't afford turns out don't make any money for anyone; Except, of course, your friends in the oil industry—who make it all by selling it to China and the UAE behind your spineless back. You won't see a dime except for the lobbyists, who will soon realize they don't even need to send you any money because you'll just do whatever daddy says anyways and your idiotic constituents will vote for the first sycophant who gets on their knees. You're just making the bigwigs richer while draining your own and your state's wallet paying for a group of 30-50 people destroy government infrastructure that's been around since Lyndon B. Johnson's presidency. You think you're immune from it—but they'll come for you. Fascists don't need 435 little scurrying rodents pretending to do work when they make do with a couple dozen with actual power. Again, you better do what the hell you can to protect our environment.
