Co-sponsor and fight for the Scientific Integrity Act, H.R. 1106. The Trump administration has been systematically suppressing, distorting, and sidelining federal science — removing research from agency websites, muzzling scientists, and letting political appointees override expert findings. That is not governance. It is sabotage of the public's right to accurate information. H.R. 1106 would establish enforceable scientific integrity standards across federal agencies, protect government scientists from political interference, and create real accountability when those standards are violated. Science that informs our air quality rules, our public health responses, and our climate policy must be free from political manipulation. When officials can quietly bury inconvenient data, every American pays the price in worse policy outcomes. This bill closes that door. Please make it a priority.
