Stop Siphoning Funds from the NIH to the Pentagon, no research funds for war

To: Rep. Balderson, Sen. Moreno, Sen. Husted

From: A verified voter in Athens, OH

October 2

An outrageous attempt to siphon crucial funds for medical research away from the NIH and to the Pentagon flies in the face of constitutional authorities over appropriations. I urge you to publicly oppose these efforts and demand taxpayer dollars fund health research, not weapons and war, as authorized.
