I am writing to express my deep concern regarding Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s role on the Health and Human Services (HHS) advisory panel. While the CDC’s advisory committees operate with transparency and scientific integrity, RFK Jr. has repeatedly demonstrated a blatant disregard for evidence-based policymaking, spreading misinformation and undermining public trust in vital health institutions.
Unlike the CDC’s panels, which adhere to rigorous standards of accountability, RFK Jr. has used his position to promote debunked conspiracy theories, particularly regarding vaccines, without credible scientific backing. His actions endanger public health, erode confidence in medical expertise, and contradict the mission of the HHS.
Given these failures, I urge you to take immediate action to hold him accountable. Specifically, I demand that you:
1. **Call for RFK Jr.’s impeachment or removal** from the HHS advisory panel for misconduct and misuse of his position.
2. **Investigate any breaches of ethical guidelines** in his advisory role.
3. **Advocate for stricter transparency requirements** to ensure future appointees cannot exploit their positions to spread misinformation.
Public health decisions must be guided by science, not ideology or personal agendas. The CDC’s advisory panels operate openly—RFK Jr. does not. His continued presence on this panel is a threat to the credibility of our health institutions and the safety of the American people.
I expect your prompt attention to this matter and request a detailed response outlining your plans to address this issue. Thank you for your service and your commitment to protecting the integrity of our public health system.
