y funded agency can be halted by Congress cutting funds to ICE. The president is misusing this agency as a private police force against American citizens, far outside their mandate of duties. This abuse of a federall I call on Congress to cut funding for ICE now. Congress is constitutionally mandated to control disbursement of our tax monies, not the Executive branch.
