Investigate DOGE activities, prevent data breaches, protect national security

To: Sen. Curtis, Sen. Lee, Rep. Stoddard, Gov. Cox, Rep. Owens, Sen. Pitcher, Pres. Trump

From: A constituent in Salt Lake City, UT

May 10

It is concerning to learn that a user with a Russian IP address attempted to log into NLRB systems shortly after DOGE accessed sensitive data from the agency. This whistleblower disclosure raises alarming questions about potential foreign adversaries exploiting DOGE's activities for malicious purposes. The alleged disabling of security monitoring tools and deletion of evidence by DOGE engineers are deeply troubling tactics that seem to mirror the modus operandi of hostile hackers rather than federal workers. I urge an immediate investigation into these serious allegations. DOGE's sweeping access to confidential government data and systems necessitates stringent oversight and accountability measures to safeguard national security. We must get to the bottom of DOGE's motives, ensure proper data handling protocols are followed, and prevent any further breaches that could compromise our country's interests. Protecting the integrity of government networks and upholding constitutional principles should be the utmost priority.
