Protect Mail-In Voting in our State! Elections must continue to be controlled by each State. The trump administration is gaining judicial support for blocking access to the vote, piece by piece. Mail-in voting, same-day registration, expanded hours at polling sites, and longer timelines for elections all help *everybody* have access to their vote. The more people can Equitably Access this right, the more Accurate the vote is. Whatever party, platform, or priority someone has, each person's vote must be included. We demand you do not simply slap down voting restrictions as they pop up. We demand that you secure every possible Access point to the vote. That you expand rights and protections for these rights, for every single Voter Protection effort possible. Copy-and-Paste legislation from other states, and write your own, until every eligible voter is automatically registered, stays securely on the rolls, ha s multiple ways to vote, etc. Anything less is unconstitutional. Do not cave in to threats or intimidation. This is bigger than any of us. Thank you in advance for your leadership in this matter.
