I want to urge Rep. Bracy Davis to oppose SB 1712 to establish a Statewide Counterintelligence Unit in the state of Florida. This would allow the FDLE to maliciously spy on and target individuals based on their personal views and opinions. It is a violation of the First Amendment and it must be opposed to protect our rights.
