Two days ago, Trump announced the United States would contribute $10 billion to Trump's Board of Peace. The Board of Peace was allegedly created to implement Trump's redevelopment "Peace Plan" for Gaza. To this end, the Palestinians will be represented by Nikolay Mladenov, a BULGARIAN politician who Trump appointed to the Board. Not a single actual Palestinian is on the Executive Board or the Gaza Executive Board. Trump created this Board of Peace on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum. Trump says his Board of Peace may one day "replace the United Nations." Trump appointed himself Chairman for Life. Trump appointed the Executive Board himself -- including his own son-in-law Jared Kushner and the US Secretary of State Marco Rubio. Trump de facto controls all funds "donated" to the Board of Peace. Two days ago, Trump announced the United States would contribute $10 billion to Trump's Board of Peace. I would like you to explain to me the legal process whereby the US treasury can, on the president's orders, transfer $10 Billion in US taxpayer dollars from the General Fund to a non-governmental slush fund controlled by that same president for his own personal use WITHOUT budget legislation by the House, passed by Congress, and signed into law by that President. Show me where in the Constitution, where in US Code, this would be legal in any fashion. Show me.
