I’m deeply concerned about the proposal to suspend Habeas Corpus. This right protects people from unlawful detention, and taking it away would weaken our justice system and set a dangerous precedent. No one should lose their freedom without due process. I urge you not only to oppose this measure but to actively advocate for stronger protections of our legal rights. Please speak out, rally support among your colleagues, and push for legislation that reinforces due process and civil liberties.
