I'm writing to urge you to support new leadership in the Senate. Majority Leader Chuck Schumer has repeatedly caved to Republican and Trump-aligned pressure most recently during the government funding negotiations. His willingness to compromise away Democratic priorities and give in to bad-faith tactics has weakened our party's position and undermined public trust. Every time we compromise with bad-faith actors, we abandon the people who need us most: working families, marginalized communities, and everyone fighting for a just, livable future. We need Senate leadership that stands firm for working people, for democracy, and for the values voters put you in office to defend. Please call all Senators to a vote for replacing Chuck Schumer with a leader who won't fold to Trump or the GOP when our future is on the line. We need leadership that fights back, that refuses to trade away human rights for political convenience. This moment calls for bold action, not caution, not fear, not silence.
