The Supreme Court ruling this week in Callais is beyond despicable. Congress needs to remedy it by passing legislation to codify nonpartisan redistricting commissions for every state. Partisan AND racial gerrymandering both are a violation of the intent of our nation's founders and of every American's voting rights. And the current race to the bottom to see how effectively states can skew the maps to ensure permanent power for their party and non-representation for their voters is loathsome. Do something.
