Why do you hate farming communities? Forgive my blunt opening, but I'm upset that the Republican members of the FCC voted to end discounts for WiFi hot spots at school libraries and on school busses. For rural American children, this is possibly their only access to high speed internet, which in today's educational environment is a necessity. Please support legislation that mandates allowing this program to continue.
