End Gaza humanitarian crisis, ensure aid for malnourished children

To: Rep. Dean, Sen. McCormick, Sen. Fetterman

From: A constituent in North Wales, PA

July 27

The disturbing reports of children starving to death in Gaza due to severe malnutrition caused by the ongoing war and Israeli blockade are heartbreaking. No child should suffer from lack of basic nutrition and medical care. We urge an immediate ceasefire and lifting of restrictions on humanitarian aid to allow life-saving food, medicine, and supplies to reach the vulnerable Palestinian population, especially children. Further loss of innocent lives to starvation would be an unacceptable tragedy. The Palestinian people desperately need relief from this humanitarian crisis through sustained access to adequate nutrition and healthcare. Ending the conflict and facilitating the free flow of aid must be a top priority to prevent more needless suffering.
