Get federal officers out of Portland!

I am writing, because I am horrified by what is happening in Portland, where federal agents are using excessive force and making arrests without probable cause. Black Lives Matter protesters in Portland are being assaulted, shot in the head, swept away in unmarked cars, repeatedly tear gassed, all by uninvited and unwelcome federal officers. This horrifying and unconstitutional act is unconstitutional and threatens public safety. You must investigate this use of federal law enforcement and overturn the president's order authorizing federal officers to patrol cities to protect Federal monuments, memorials, statues, and property. Moreover, you must create and implement new legislation to prevent future presidents from repeating this horrible unconstitutional act.
