Politics is a form of war. It's time to stop playing by Republican rules. They are not people of good faith.
When Mitch McConnell moves to violate his self-made rule and nominate another fringe Supreme Court Justice, your counter must be to:
1. Announce that the Democratic party will move to add anywhere from 2-6 additional seats to the court, and confirm able by 51 votes.
2. Nominate women and women of color to until the balance of the court is 50-50.
Pack the lower courts likewise with women and people of color.
The Republican Party, as it stands, is un-democratic. It's time to tell them in no uncertain terms that the laws and the Constitution come first. It's all we have.
