Encourage local government to start corona antibody test

We need to plan for an exit strategy for the coronavirus lock down, but the decisions for that have to be based on science. I urge you to start an antibody study, as this is currently undertaken in parts of Germany. The only way out is a vaccine (which may take more thatn a year) or heard immunity. Unless we test for antibodies we don't know how many people already had the virus and when it is safe to incrementally open up the state.
