Save the USPS from politically motivated defunding!

Hello! My concern is not about COVID-19 and the post office but Donald Trump and the post office and not wanting to fund it specifically so mail in voting cant happen - he stated thus himself. Friends of mine that own small businesses are already suffering because they can't promise an arrival date for their products. I cant imagine the ramifications of this for the post office, its employees, our ability to communicate with each other, the toll on companies regarding effective fulfillment of goods and services, and also making sure we have a fair election this November for those too high risk to vote in person! These, specifically, are my concerns. What do you think about Mr. Trumps comments, and what is your plan to ensure the survival of the USPS and a fair democracy?
