Right now, there is a move to unlawfully deport a medically compromised man! Please stop PA’s consent of such deportations and imprisonments of families! - The Jefferson-Torresdale Hospital in Philadelphia is set to unlawfully deport a Guatemalan man who was seriously injured in a vehicular accident tomorrow morning. He is not capable of providing informed consent to his own deportation due to his medical condition. The hospital has not obtained informed consent from the family for his deportation. This is unacceptable, they are ultimately sending this man to his death. How many others has Jefferson Health sent to their deaths through private deportations without informed consent?
