Use Military to do Track and Trace

Today I take pen in hand to write and suggest a special peace time mission for our military and National Guard: Deploy them as a track and trace force for understanding the spread of COVID19. It's the largest force of people we have to carry out a mission like this: They could quickly be trained to use the various apps that deliver digital tracing information. If there's too many privacy concerns over other digital methods, they could simply use Old fashioned call and visit systems. It's estimated we need tens of thousands of volunteer or hired tracers. We already have them hired, and they are all volunteers. Let's use the military at home for a mission they would likely succeed at. Thanks for your attention to this matter.
