Expand The Court

If RGBs seat is filled before inauguration day and Democrats end up in control of the senate and white house, they must be willing to end the filibuster and expand the court. Further, they must advance amendments for systemic reform of how we appoint the court by ending lifetime appointments and replacing them with a system of rotation. We should not be creating a political incentive to hold up appointments or appoint young, unqualified judges on the basis of longevity
