Today I take pen in hand to write and urge you to oppose the nomination and vote NO regarding PN 1687, Nancy B. Beck for Chair if the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Despite her government expertise, her record is spotty at best on dangerous chemicals. Her lobbying background with the American Chemistry Council makes her suspect as well, as many of the members of the Council are some of the worst polluters in the world. We don't need slack policing of dangerous chemicals. Oppose Nancy Beck for Chair of the CPSC. Thank you.
