I am heartbroken like so many over the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Please tell me that there is a plan for this eventuality. A precedent has been set by McConnell. He can't get away with changing the rules to suit himself. Please tell me there's a plan. Tell us all there's a plan. As always, I appreciate that you listen to your constituency and are always out there working on our behalf.
