President Trump's top coronavirus advisor asked that people in Missouri wear masks. Dr. Bird recommended that we follow a mandate similar to the one in Texas, where counties with 20 or more positive coronavirus cases require masks. Your response was that counties that are hotspots are requiring masks, but that is not true. Saint Charles County has had over 1,000 cases in the last two weeks. Saint Charles County does not have a mask mandate. The prior 14 days there were an additional 1,000 cases. Saint Charles county and any other county that has more than 20 cases, should be required to have a mask mandate. Do you want children to be able to be in school this year? Without a mask mandate to bring down the number of cases, children will not be able to be in school very long before there's an outbreak. Please listen to your Republican advisers and require a mask mandate in counties with over 20 cases.
