I am writing to encourage you to support Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s New Green Deal. It is extremely important to address the interwoven crises of climate change, economic inequality, and racism, which the New Green Deal does. Please endorse Rep. Ocasio-Cortez’s resolution for a select committee on the New Green Deal, and support a plan to stop the climate crisis that is actually in line with what the world’s top scientists and the UN say is necessary.
