Changing NJ primary date

This year, more than ever, New Jersey needs to be consequential in the presidential election. I realize it is too late for this year, but why can't we change the date of our primary elections, every year, to be earlier? Super Tuesday would be a great date, but anything sooner than June would be fantastic. How can we start a movement to make this change? Thank you for your time.
