Bail out the people!

So, are you guys going to bail out the people who really need it this time... the citizenry, or are you going to bail out the banks, the airlines, and the others, who though not of their own fault created this, collectively have reserves and tools to help themselves to get through this? We deserve serious and large support, like suspending mortgage payments for a time, forgiving student debt, and the like. If not, we won't have any money to spend on the AGAIN-bailed out banks, or businesses. For gods sake, have a heart!
