Greetings. I am a voting constituent in rural west Texas.
Another sad, but mostly crazy, presidential briefing from the Rose Garden today. Wow. I'd love to know what y'all really, truly think when you watch one of these things.
Wanna know what this constituent thinks? Lots of dissembling, deflecting, aspirations cast...all at targets designed to distract from his administration's failing to pay attention in the beginning.
China. Obamagate. All the conspiracy theory crap that we've become inured to. But it's crap that's coming from the podium in a presidential briefing.
Also I'm pretty sure news agencies should only send young women to ask questions. They really get under his skin. Especially if they're ethnic. They are so brave. And not nasty, just doing their jobs, unlike our President.
So, the GOP can attempt to weave their webs of deceit, distraction, chicanery, snake oil selling, whatever you want to call it. But the American people, the majority of us, are not fooled by the cheap theatrics designed to gaslight us.
Y'all are just not good at it. Trust me. You're not.
And the lines thrown out to convince us otherwise... âWe have met the moment and we have prevailed.â Ha, good one.
But the best line, "Why sir do you care so much about testing numbers when people continue to die every day?" Our leader's answer, "Ask China."
What a leader he is.
