Save the ACA

I am a member of Indivisible CA33. I'm writing today to ask that you introduce and support legislation that protects the ACA from the frivolous lawsuit over its constitutionality, such as a bill declaring the individual mandate severable from the rest of the law. The ACA’s consumer protections are too important to be sacrificed in the name of partisan politics. It is unfathomable that in the middle of a pandemic Republicans are trying to dismantle the ACA. Again. We need to expand access to health care, not contract it. Thank you for your time and attention.
