We need tests!

Today, my son became very ill. We have been in isolation for a month. Groceries are picked up going straight in the trunk by the shopper or delivered if possible. We don't go for walks since 2 weeks ago when I felt neighbors over 10 feet away made me nervous. My son has covid19 symptoms. He was tested for strep and it was negative. HE CANNOT GET A COVID19 TEST! He's 10. We live in Montgomery County. How can we even talk about numbers of positive cases? It's a lie if we aren't testing! PLEASE help us. We have followed every rule when washing or groceries, and we are paralyzed. Let's stop talking numbers if we aren't testing.
