You swore an oath to protect the Constitution of the United States from “all enemies, foreign and domestic,” and that you would “bear true faith and allegiance” to it.
President Trump’s use of military force against peaceful protestors yesterday is one more in a long string of his administration’s flouting of the Constitution and our founding principles.
As your constituent, I urge you to make all haste to fulfill your oath and the function of the legislative branch in condemning President Trump’s abuse of power.
