An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Release the Epstein Files Now — Justice Delayed Is Justice Denied

214 so far! Help us get to 250 signers!

I am writing to you as a furious and deeply concerned constituent demanding the immediate and full release of every remaining file related to Jeffrey Epstein and his network. The American people are not naïve—we know there are thousands upon thousands of pages, records, names, communications, and evidence that have yet to see the light of day. This ongoing concealment is unacceptable. Every day these files remain hidden is another day justice is denied to survivors of horrific abuse. It sends a clear and sickening message that wealth, power, and political connections can shield perpetrators of child exploitation from accountability. That is a betrayal of the rule of law and of every American who expects equal justice. There is no justification—legal, moral, or otherwise—for withholding this information. Claims that “the investigation is over” ring hollow when so much material remains undisclosed. An investigation is not complete when evidence is still buried. It is not complete when victims are still waiting. It is not complete when those who participated in or enabled these crimes have not been prosecuted. I demand the following, without delay: • The full and unredacted release of all Epstein-related files, documents, and evidence. • A clear public accounting of what remains withheld and why. • Immediate, aggressive prosecution of every individual implicated in these crimes, regardless of status or influence. • Oversight hearings to investigate any obstruction, suppression, or mishandling of this case. Enough secrecy. Enough excuses. Enough protecting predators. This is not a partisan issue. This is about whether the United States of America still believes in justice, or whether we allow the powerful to operate above the law while survivors are ignored. You were elected to serve the public—not to shield abusers. Do your job. Release the files. Hold the guilty accountable. Deliver justice. Anything less is complicity.
