Do away with the filibuster

Thank you for representing me in the Senate. Now it is time to do away with the filibuster. As long as it stays in play, key legislation, like HR1 that passed in the House with very little Republican support, will not pass in the Senate. It is key to ending discrimination at the polls among other important things. It must pass, as should $15 minimum wage and many other pieces of legislation that will not pass as long as the senate remains as divided as it is. Do away with the filibuster. For our children’s sake, for their children’s sake. And for ours. Thank you.
