Vote NO on HR 1526 “No Rogue Rulings” act to safeguard constitutional balances

Vote NO on HR 1526 the no rogue rulings act. There is a reason the judicial branch exists. There is a reason the legislative branch exists. Your office exists to hold checks and balances on the executive branch. The judicial branch exists to interpret the law. The “No Rogue Rulings Act” - which disallows Federal Judges to find an action by a President to be “Unconstitutional”... It basically “strips” away ANY Judicial Control over the Presidency and thereby “Unbalances” the Balance of Powers which were written into the Constitution by the Founding Fathers... Passing this act makes ANY Actions by the President an “acceptable” one whether they are legal or not... Imagine if this was Obama. Or Biden. We NEED checks and balances. Judiciary provides that. YOU are supposed to provide that. Do your job.
