NO to Anti-immigrant Legislation

I am writing to urge you to vote NO on the No Bailout for Sanctuary Cities Act when it is brought to the Senate for a vote. I oppose this bill because it would end federal funding for any program that doesn’t specifically exclude undocumented immigrants. Any city or state government that doesn’t immediately participate in the Trump administration’s mass deportation campaign will be stripped of education, health, transportation, emergency assistance and other funding that their residents pay taxes for. This will hurt all communities in the US. I oppose the No Bailout for Sanctuary Cities Act and encourage you to vote NO.
