It has come to my attention that a number of Russian Oligarchs have hidden significant amounts of their money in foreign real estate, specifically, American real estate.
Given the current issues with Russian aggression in Ukraine, I believe that it would prove a prudent method of sanction on Russia to begin siezeing these assets, liquidating them, and channeling the money into Ukrainian relief and aid money. In this way, we might sap the resources of the Russian ruling class that is backing this expansionist aggression, and prop up the Ukrainian people against it, without endangering the citizens of the USA.
