An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Oppose NOSHA Act, protect worker safety and OSHA mandate

52 so far! Help us get to 100 signers!

The NOSHA Act (H.R. 86) proposes to abolish the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and repeal the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. This legislation would eliminate critical worker safety protections that have been in place for over 50 years. OSHA's mission is to ensure safe and healthy working conditions by setting and enforcing standards, as well as providing training, outreach, education, and assistance. Abolishing this agency would put countless workers across various industries at heightened risk of injury, illness, or death on the job. Worker safety should be a top priority, not disregarded or undermined. For the well-being and protection of the American workforce, this bill should not be passed.
