It is essential that you back S.1261, the CONNECT for Health Act, so telehealth can finally be made permanent. We’ve seen how life-changing this is for seniors, disabled folks, parents, and rural communities—and in just three weeks it could vanish. Please don’t let access collapse. It’s 2025; health care shouldn’t be rolling backward.
Second, I’m furious about the drone strike Trump seems to have greenlit against a boat in the Caribbean—without Congressional approval. That’s not “national defense,” it’s an extrajudicial execution. What is Congress doing to put a hard stop to this? We cannot let presidents run drone wars on their own authority.
Finally, I want the Senator to draw a red line on funding. No blank checks for Trump’s power grabs. That means no poison pills, no money for ICE kidnappings, secret renditions, or militarized crackdowns on our cities. And at minimum, restore every cent ripped out of Medicare, Medicaid, and the ACA. If those conditions aren’t met—please vote no, even if it means a shutdown.
This is a moment for courage. People like me are counting on the Senator to hold the line.
