GOP IS LETTING PAM BONDI CONTINUE THE DOJ TRUMP/EPSTEIN COVERUP

Another public dose of the governing strategy of the Trump administration was on full cringy view when AG Pam Bondi showed what true professionalism is as our highest law enforcement officer…turn high school Mean Girl. She refused to answer questions, instead attacking Democratic senators. She refused to answer whether she consulted with career ethics lawyers before approving the gift of a $400M airplane for Trump from Qatar. She refused to answer who asked that Trump’s name be flagged in the Epstein files. She refused to answer whether “border czar” Tom Homan kept the $50,000 bribe he took for promising to steer contracts toward the men who offered the money. She refused to answer whether career prosecutors found insufficient evidence to charge former FBI director James Comey with lying to Congress. She refused to answer how military strikes on boats in the Caribbean are legal. Rinse and repeat. But the one that perked a lot of ears up was this one… Bondi refused to answer a specific question about Trump and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Senator Whitehouse asked: “There has been public reporting that Jeffrey Epstein showed people photos of President Trump with half-naked young women. Do you know if the FBI found those photographs in their search of Jeffrey Epstein’s safe or premises or otherwise. Have you seen any such thing?” Bondi, who says she has seen the files, would not answer “no.” Instead, she accused Whitehouse of “trying to slander President Trump.” We the people know all the other questions she deflected would have opened up a Pandora’s box of other questions that Congress wouldn’t be happy with. But to not answer a question that would shed light on whether we have an actual pedophile sitting in the Oval Office is an answer in itself. Is anyone at all on your side of the aisle interested in having that question actually answered? Or will the continued silence be all the answer we need.
