The American ideal is strong, diverse communities of nurturing families committed to their mutual moral duty to care for one another's human rights and freedoms. The GOP's cruel resolution that continues fascist POTUS's dismantling of our government betrays that vision and disgusts Marjorie Taylor Green. Apparently, she cares about her adult children’s friends’ healthcare in her district. She is stepping away from the GOP cruel resolution that shut down the government. Green wrote on X, “I’m going to go against everyone on this issue because when the tax credits expire this year my own adult children’s insurance premiums for 2026 are going to DOUBLE, along with all the wonderful families and hard-working people in my district.” Isn’t it time for you to get some empathy? Isn’t it time for you to exercise your moral duty to care for your constituents. If you don’t reinstate the Affordable Care Act subsidies in this cruel resolution and make it a caring resolution, Americans are going to get sick or injured and die, because of YOU. Now is the time to join Marjorie and get some empathy!
