Obey law creating DNI position, NO on Pulte.

Trump has reversed course again. He wants his proven unqualified toady Bill Pulte for DNI. The position of Director of National Intelligence (DNI) and its requirements were established by the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004. This law created the DNI to oversee the U.S. Intelligence Community and serve as the principal advisor to the President on intelligence matters. (Wikipedia) By law, the position requires extensive intelligence experience. Bill Pulte has none and has already demonstrated that he would use his position to try to go after Trump’s “enemies”. Trump is breaking the law by nominating him. Therefore, ANY Senator who votes to confirm him will also be breaking the law, endangering national security and should be arrested. Enforce the law and keep America safe.
