An open letter to the U.S. Congress

OPPOSE “Fix Our Forests Act”

1 so far! Help us get to 5 signers!

As a deeply concerned and actively engaged constituent, and as a longtime environmental advocate, I join Friends of the Earth to urge you to strongly oppose the Fix Our Forests Act and protect our national forests from being carved up by chainsaws. Our national forests are absolutely vital to our planet. They provide homes to endangered animals like grizzly bears and gray wolves, filter drinking water, protect against wildfires and absorb climate-warming greenhouse gas emissions. You have an urgent duty now to protect our planet and everything on it – including our national forests and the ecosystems that depend on them to thrive. I urge you to oppose the Fix Our Forests Act and protect our national forests from greedy corporate attacks.
