Congress needs to do it's job including Protecting USAID

USAID efforts is an important protection that affects US citizens. I expect you and the Congress to do their job on checks and balances - especially managing federal finances! Funding of healthcare globally keeps disease risk lower in the US. Examples: Continuing AIDS treatment to keep down the global spread and mutations that could evade treatment. If we are a support for global needs like clean water; it forges trust and relationships to keep China or Russian influence at bay. It continues the US influence with our allies (if we don't continue eroding that with anti-diplomacy behavior) that we are a partner for global good. Secretary Rubio has stated very clearly in the past the criticality of USAID in global relationships! Please do your job to manage our government vs letting Trump give power to an unqualified, no security clearance group like DOGE!
