Vote No on the Pro-Pollution HR1 Act

Please actively oppose "The Lower Energy Costs Act" or HR1. I strongly oppose this pro-pollution measure. This act guts environmental laws that give the public a say on whether polluting projects can be built in their neighborhoods, undermines NEPA environmental review for drilling and mining on public lands, and exempts various materials from protective laws regulating toxic substances. In short, this law will pollute our air and water and is another set of industry giveaways. We can't afford this in the face of a climate emergency. Now is the time to stand up like our future matters.
