The budget bill will KILL constituents & wreck rule of law. VOTE no & enforce Byrd

The big budget bill will cause catastrophic suffering and chaos, loss of life and climate damage. It also does an end run around constitutional checks and balances. I therefore write to ask you to reject the House Budget bill. Please also publicly condemn the promise-breaking cuts to Medicare and Medicaid. Speak out against the cuts to SNAP. Condemn the way this budget will explode the deficit. Please follow the law; adhere to the constitution and to the senate's rules. I ask you to insist on compliance with the Byrd Act. Remove all provisions from the bill that undermine constitutional checks and balances, the power of the courts and the rightful powers of Congress. I am APPALLED by the following provision-- and I hope you are too: "No court of the United States may use appropriated funds to enforce a contempt citation for failure to comply with an injunction or temporary restraining order if no security was given when the injunction or order was issued." This is an abomination: It is an attack on the rule of law which undermines the constitutionally enshrined role of the courts to hold any administration accountable for breaches of the law and court decisions. It paves the way to a society with no rule of law, and no justice besides might makes right. Please insist on the Byrd Act. Please remove the cuts to Medicare and Medicaid and snap. If you don't care enough about our lives to do this, then consider that it is proven then snap and access to health care actually benefit the economy-- hugely. Do NOT explode the deficit for the sake of tax cuts and gargantuan military spending. Demand to see calculations about how many people will die if these proposed cuts to Medicare and Medicaid were to be imposed. Remember that work requirements are simply another way to package cuts. Please: admit the truth. Trump has become a dictator and his is enabled by a feckless GOP. Using budget cuts to KILL the Americans you should serve puts you in the worst historical company of villains. If you studied WWII in school and said "this must never happen here," then think carefully. Find your moral compass. Voting for a bill that will KILL your constituents is evil. This prospect should haunt you and make you resolve to try to be a better human being. Do your job. You work for US and we did not elect you to cause deaths and undermine the rule of law.
