No Votes for Genocide

I will not be voting for you this Spring. I would like to believe in your ability to do the right thing and lead our country into a liberated future but your inaction in protecting and your enabling of violence in Gaza shows me otherwise. Whoever you think you're protecting or whatever gains you are trying to make by approving weapons' sales and justifying the death of Palestinian civilians is not worth it. Shame on all of us for letting this devastation continue and shame on you for having the power to change course and doing absolutely nothing. A brief pause is not a ceasefire and an end to this "war" is not peace or freedom for the Palestinian people who have been oppressed for so long. We need more. Do better. Be the man we believed you to be when we voted for you 4 years ago.
