GOP Members of Congress, You are the Problem. Reign in this Regime

To the Republican Members of Congress:
You are the problem. You, not just Donald Trump or his enablers in the media. The regime he leads only has as much power as you allow it to have. And right now, you are letting it run unchecked.
The consequences of your cowardice are catastrophic. Over 300,000 lives have been lost overseas in the wake of the dismantling of USAID—an act carried out under your watch, with your silent approval. That blood is on your hands. These were preventable deaths, caused not by war or disease alone, but by the calculated sabotage of American humanitarian power—sabotage you allowed to happen.
You’ve stood by while the federal workforce—once the backbone of American governance—has been gutted. Talented, dedicated public servants have been driven out, agencies are hollowed, and institutional knowledge is bleeding away. The result? A government incapable of responding to crises, delivering services, or even functioning with basic competence. You let this happen.
You were complicit in the reckless “TACO” trade war, a tantrum disguised as policy, that wrecked small businesses, drove up prices for everyday Americans, and torched alliances built over decades. Our economy is still reeling. Families are paying more and earning less because you refused to put the brakes on Trump’s destructive economic whims.
And now, Trump has deployed the military against protestors. On American soil. That’s not law and order. That’s authoritarianism. And you—you who swore an oath to defend the Constitution—are saying nothing. Doing nothing. Are you so afraid of one man that you will let democracy rot from the inside?
Make no mistake: We see through the game. Trump has already thrown you under the bus. He pressured you to pass a grotesque budget, then went on national television to warn you not to “mess with Medicaid.” That wasn’t a joke—it was a setup. He is laying the groundwork to blame you for every backlash, every cut, every lost benefit. And still, you say nothing. Still, you submit.
This is not leadership. This is surrender.
You do not get to hide behind talking points or point fingers at “the left,” the media, or the deep state. This is on you. You could have stopped this. You can still stop this. But if you won’t—if you refuse to act now to rein in this lawless regime—you will be held accountable.
We know the truth: This isn’t Trumpism. This is your party. These are your decisions. Your votes. Your silence. Your failure.
And we will remember.
We will vote. You will lose your seats. You will be replaced by people who understand that democracy is not a prop and public service is not a punchline.
This is your final warning. Do your job. Rein in this regime. Or prepare to lose everything.
